This philosophy is not for me. Whilst you are having a strong positive impact on your company, they are learning from your experience and you're learning new ideas and skills, stay. When you start doing the same old thing day in day out, it's time to move. Moving on exposes you to entirely different people and techniques, enriching your capabilities. Also, after a couple of years the market will almost always pay you more than your employer. Most employers are very bad at giving non trivial pay rises to staff.
