Something to ponder. It's easy to imagine right now that we are actually at war, we just haven't acknowledged it. Our enemies are the things that are destroying the habitability of our homes. Things like consumerism, convenience, selfishness and the many corporates that are shamelessly exploiting the planet.

And yet, not a single world leader has delivered the speech that people need to hear. It would be something like Churchill's famous words encouraging Britons to resist and fight.

We desperately need to engage everyone to acknowledge the truth of our situation.. and to not just accept but embrace the changes that are necessary. We need to stop staring at the headlights and start fighting for our futures, the futures of our children and the futures of every living thing.
